Working Principle:

Hydraulic hawkbill shears provide power through the hydraulic system to realize the movement of the cutter head and the opening and closing of the clamping groove. When the operating handle or control valve is activated, hydraulic oil will enter the cylinder and push the piston to move, thereby driving the movement of the cutter head and clamping groove.
By adjusting the position of the control valve, different working modes of the hawkbill shears can be realized, such as cutting, clamping, lifting, etc. Therefore, the hydraulic hawkbill shear is a practical and efficient mobile scrap steel dismantling machine and scrap car dismantling equipment.

Upper Knife Seat

Lower Knife Seat
Crafted using high-strength steel with a curved and sloped configuration, it provides improved clamping and stabilization of sheared materials. The lower blade can rotate to utilize all four edge surfaces, which helps to lower usage costs.
Casing
Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, the casing offers robust resistance to wear and corrosion and can endure high pressure and maintain stability.
