The hydraulic baler efficiently compresses metal scraps (steel, iron, copper, aluminum, car shells, oil barrels, etc.) into dense rectangular, octagonal, or cylindrical furnace-ready bales with high compression ratios for easy storage and transport. With a force range of 125-2000 tons, it significantly improves furnace feeding efficiency and is widely used in scrap yards, recycling centers, foundries, and metal processing plants. Custom OEM designs are available to meet specific requirements.

It uses a Sweden-imported HARDOX steel plate to ensure strength and durability for the machine's long working life.

Different processed scrap output forms such as automatic turn-over, side-pushing or steel grabbing, etc.

All models are equipped with a highly energy - efficient hydraulic driving system and feature an operation system that offers both manual and PLC automatic control modes.
