 This machine consists of shear device, storage, moving system, engine system, hydraulic system and electrical system, which can belwidely used on demolition site and scrap steel processing centers, etc. The main shear device is equipped to the chassis with tracks, which can move quickly and freely on working site.Compared with traditional fixed shears, this machine can improve working efficiency at a big degree because of its mobility advantage.

Feature Details

 

Knife seat and blade
1.The upper knife seat is welded with steel plates, which has high strength and high precision.
2.The lower knife seat is processed with high-strength steel, with optimized arc and slope design, good clamping and fixing effect, and the blade can be flipped to reduce the cost of use.

Rotary Motor and Reduction Gearbox
1. Equipped with a rotary motor, it can achieve two-way 360°rotation and easy control.
2.The Reduction Gearbox smooth swing adjustment and avoids hydraulic shock.

Booster valve
The addition of a speed increasing valve increases the workload and doubles the shearing speed.

 

Frame
