This machine is mainly used to cut various types of middle or heavy scrap steel, light steel, broken cars, pressing blocks, etc, to meet the furnace feeding requirement. With powerful pump and hardened cutting blade, this machine can work efficiently to handle complicated working conditions. The heavy-duty structure will also guarantee a long working life.

 

The motor adopts servo motor, advantages of high-precision control, fast response speed, energy saving and high efficiency, good stability, and adaptability.

The machine exterior is composed of a welded steel frame, and the lubrication system of the head part and the high-strength alloy blade ensure efficient and precise cutting.

 

The blades are crafted from premium H13 alloy tool steel, which combines exceptionally high hardness with excellent toughness to ensure long-term, efficient cutting performance.
