The ALLMETALS mobile shredder is a track-mounted mobile shredder designed to process scrap metal (rebar, sheets, blocks, etc.) into small, uniform pieces. Equipped with a high-torque motor, wear-resistant steel cutting tools, and a PLC automation system, it delivers powerful, low-noise shredding via shearing, tearing, and compression. Key features include overload protection, real-time monitoring, and customizable tool configurations for different materials. Its track-driven chassis ensures mobility, while the heavy-duty construction guarantees durability in demanding recycling operations. Custom designs are available for specific needs.

Feature Details

1.Two shredder knife shafts closely bite. When materials enter the shredding box through the feed bin, the knife claw structure on the knife shafts grabs the materials.
2.The shredding knife shafts complete integrated actions like tearing, extruding, and shearing the materials.

Equipped with a track-driven chassis,the tracks can endure sharp debris without getting damaged easily, reducing maintenance needs and extending the machine's lifespan.

The equipment adopts PLC automatic control system, with start, stop, reverse and overloadautomatic reverse control function, with low rotational speed, high torque, low noise and other characteristics.

The two feeding conveyor belts work together to prevent waste accumulation, thus forming an efficient buffering effect.
